On the Help Center, click "Submit a request" and enter your FCS account credentials, if prompted.
Select the appropriate form given the nature of your request
Fill in all the form fields and attach any supporting screenshots or files and click "Submit"
You will receive email confirmation of your received request as well as email updates as the work on your ticket progresses. At any time, you can reply to those emails to correspond with technicians or visit the Help Center to view, edit, or comment on your outstanding requests.
